Inco started in 2011 with the vision of full-service maintenance for Industrial and Commercial customers. Agriculture is a major part of our local economy, and the drought of 2011 brought awareness for maintenance work needing to be done on Agricultural Irrigation systems. After working on several irrigation systems that summer, Inco became Reinke Irrigation dealers in November of 2011. Since that time, Inco has installed Reinke Irrigation systems and preformed maintenance on other brands. For several years, Inco provided custom installation of systems for other dealers across the United States.
In 2016, Inco expanded into field tile drainage as pivot sales slowed and wetter conditions became the norm. Field tile drainage has become one of the best investments for growers and landowners. The installation process offers significant benefits to farming operations. However, the window for installation is relatively short, running from fall harvest to spring planting.
In the fall of 2024, Inco expanded to two crews and added a second plow, increasing their capacity for installations during the limited seasonal window. The company now operates two Inter-Drain self-propelled plows, supported by track hoes and track loaders. Each project utilizes the latest GPS technology to ensure precise and efficient installation tailored to the unique needs of every drainage system. This expansion allows Inco to better serve its customers and maximize the short installation timeframe.
